Is my payment secure?
We take personal information seriously, both online and offline. Our secure online server safeguards your credit card details, and your mail order information is never shared with third parties.

Do you accept postal, fax, or email orders?
Absolutely! Just send your order details—products, shipping address, and contact information—to nicesurprisebreakfast@gmail.com.

Are your prices displayed in AUD?
Yes, all prices are listed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.
We accept credit and debit cards.

Do you accept email orders?
Yes, we do!

In the mornings, we busy delivering or preparing orders.
Please leave a text message or email, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

What are your delivery times?
We deliver breakfast every day starting at 7:30 AM Monday to Friday.
Grazing boxes and pavlovas are available for brunch on weekends, starting at 8:30 AM (we need some rest too!).

Important Dates (like Mother's Day and Father's Day): We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, so please be patient—everyone wants their boxes early in the morning.

Our office hours are 7 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday and 8:30 AM - 12 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that purchase orders must be submitted 24 hours in advance.

How do I shop online?

Shopping is simple! Once you find the product you want, select your option from the drop-down menu and click ‘ADD TO CART’. You’ll be directed to your shopping, where you can either check out securely or continue browsing our selection.

 

Can I place a phone order?

Absolutely! If you prefer to order by phone, just call us at + 0493 367 566 with your order and credit card details ready.

 

I need to cancel my order. What happens?

We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, we can't provide full refunds as our products are prepared in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund, while those 72 hours will be refunded 75% of the total.

 

Can I store the box in the fridge and use it the next day for my event?

We advise against using our boxes beyond the 3-hour window as per government regulations. For the best experience, please enjoy our boxes fresh within 3 hours of delivery.
